We are incredibly proud to share some fantastic news following this year’s Lincolnshire General Practice Nursing Conference.

Both our Beechfield Medical Centre Nursing Team and the Spalding PCN Specialist Neighbourhood Nursing Team were recognised for their outstanding contributions to patient care -an achievement that reflects the dedication, compassion and teamwork shown across our services every day.

This award recognises their exceptional work in delivering joined-up, patient-centred care—supporting patients with complex needs, improving access to services and ensuring individuals receive the right care, at the right time. Their work across practices and services makes a real difference to our local community.
