Practice Surveys
We are always keen to hear the views of our patients in relation to the services that we provide, and attached are the results of three recent surveys with regard to our Nurse Team, our Dispensary Services and an externally assessed patient feedback analysis of our GPs.
Many thanks to all of those that took part – the extremely positive results are very encouraging. We will continue to run ad-hoc surveys of this nature for the future, as we are able to learn from them and- where necessary – adapt our services accordingly.
