** TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES **

We are currently experiencing issues with our clinical system.

This is affecting our services and we are in touch with engineers who are working to resolve this.

We hope that this will not take long, however appreciate you patience & understanding at this time.

AccuRx

NEW ONLINE ACCESS

From Friday 1st July, we will be using a new online consultation platform where you can submit non-urgent or administrative queries and requests direct to the appropriate team any time of the day or night. This service is designed to improve access to the practice and to ensure that you get an appropriate response within a timely manner.

Follow the link - https://florey.accurx.com/p/C83003 - to access or use one of the 'Contact Us Online' buttons which are located around the website.

Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow UP TO 5 WORKING days before collecting your repeat prescription from the time that we receive it. Prescriptions sent to pharmacies may take longer to process and this should be discussed with the pharmacy directly.

Medication can be ordered online via the NHS App or Patient Access, or alternatively you can post your repeat prescription slip in to the letter box on the outside of the building (to the left of the main entrance). Please be advised we do not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Your medication can be sent direct to any pharmacy in the country electronically - so please make sure you tell us where you would like it to go.

If you have a repeat prescription query, please contact the practice on 01775 724088 and select option 2 between 1000-1400 only.

Dispensing

If you live more than one mile (in a straight line) from a dispensing chemist you can request that your prescriptions be dispensed at the surgery.

The dispensary is open between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday to Friday. If medicines are required urgently when the dispensary is closed patients should contact the Out of Hours Service on 111 for further advice and guidance.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see or speak to a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or clinical pharmacist at least once a year to review their regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions as this process is an essential element of your ongoing care by the Practice.
